// OVERVIEW

About the Project

The Politzer Saga follows Linda Ambrus Broenniman's search through eight generations of family history, from the Austro-Hungarian Empire to present-day Hungary and the United States. The website needed to introduce that layered story without flattening its emotional or historical weight.

We built a calm, readable companion site using Material Design Bootstrap. Clear chronology, generous typography, archival imagery, and focused routes to the book, exhibition, events, and author help visitors choose how deeply they want to explore.

The digital experience supports the wider project around the book, which received a 2025 Wilbur Award from the Religion Communicators Council.
